Wall and Floor Tiler

Overview:
Established in 2019, Adson’s Tiling is a husband-and-wife duo Tiling company with a desire to make projects

come true. We are specialized in the execution of residential and commercial projects, as well as New Homes

with the highest standard.

We are looking for a Wall and Floor Tiler to join the team In this role, you will be responsible for installing,

repairing, and maintaining various types of tiles on walls, floors, and other surfaces. Your expertise will play a

crucial role in transforming spaces, creating aesthetically pleasing designs, and ensuring the longevity and

craftsmanship, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. This position is a full-time ongoing position,

working 38 hours per week based in Gold Coast, QLD.

Main tasks:

- Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled and calculate the quantity of materials required.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and leveling them, ensuring they are free of debris and contaminants.
- Cut, shape, and lay tiles using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Arrange tiles in attractive and visually pleasing patterns, ensuring proper alignment and uniformity.
- Repair and replace damaged tiles as needed.
- Ensure that tiles are properly sealed and grouted to prevent water leakage and moisture issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensuring tiles are correctly aligned and spaced.
- Lay floors of granolithic, terrazzo, cement or similar composition.

Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience:

- Minimum of a Certificate IV Wall and Floor Tiling, and at least a minimum of 3 years of relevant

experience in the industry.

Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge:

- Be easy going with a positive attitude.
- Current Driver License & own transport.
- Own tools.
- Clear Police Check.
- Must have White card.
- Be physically fit to fulfil the requirements of the role.

Annual salary will be between $70,000.00 to $80.000,00 (plus superannuation) depending on level of

experience.
