We are excited to be expanding our team of Photographic professionals and are now seeking a reliable, career-driven Customer Service Manager to join our extraordinary Viva Rockingham team

**About The Role**

You will manage all aspects of the Customer Journey to ensure that our mission to honour our client’s lives, values, and self-esteem through creative, beautiful imagery is achieved consistently and to the highest standards.

**What will you be doing?**
- Achieving daily and weekly sales KPI targets
- Qualifying customers to maximise sales
- Following-up until you have met the customers needs and booked them in for a portrait session
- Building relationships with clients and managing feedback to ensure a great Viva experience
- Creating a welcoming and safe environment for clients
- Contributing to a happy, healthy and sustainable workplace culture

**Experience Required**
- Minimum one year experience in Customer Service and Sales with a proven record of success.

**Other Required Attributes**
- To be self-motivated with high energy levels
- Ability to work well individually and also in a team
- Customer service champion with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine care for people
