O'Halloran Medical Centre is seeking a Medical Receptionist on a casual basis to join our administrative team.

FOR IMMEDIATE START

The person we seek will have exceptional people skills and a passion and drive to assist our patients. You will have a kind nature and will love to work with a fun team.

The role of the administrative team includes.
- Greeting patients.
- Taking phone queries plus making calls to patients and stakeholders
- Booking of patient appointments for our General Practitioners and Allied Health team using Best Practice clinical software.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Processing of incoming documentation.
- Billing and receipting of patient accounts using Tyro, Hicaps and Cash.
- Be fully compliant in the latest privacy and confidentiality laws.
- Be part of the administrative roster on a casual basis, which includes being able to cover sick leave at short notice and cover annual leave arrangements. Our clinic is open 6 days per week plus public holidays which are shared shifts among the administrative team.
- Attend all training and staff meetings upon announcement.
- Be able to work as an effective team member as well as on your own.

Applicants must show up to date COVID vaccination certification, relevant police clearances and working with children check documentation plus have current CPR certification.

**Salary**: $20.33 - $30.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees/interviewees attending our clinic must be COVID vaccinated.
