- Manage the support function for Alquemie Group Holdings’ of the internal Helpdesk team
- Oversee the Incident Management process, ensuring that all incidents are accurately logged within the incident management system, and addressed within a timely manner
- Ensure that support coverage meets the needs of the business
- Visit stores and warehouses when required for troubleshooting or housekeeping purposes
- Participate in on-call help desk support after hours on a rotating schedule
- Document accurately in detail all reported problems, queries, or tasks in the incident management system (Zendesk)
- Keep across the latest technologies and make recommendations help drive continuous improve of the IT function.

**About you**:

- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Sound communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage face to face & remote stakeholders
- Desktop/Laptop Hardware troubleshooting
- iOS and Android Support
- Window and MACOS troubleshooting
- O365 experience
- Experience with POS hardware and peripherals
- Working with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- VOIP Telephony Support
- Experience with the Apparel21 POS and ERP
- Retail experience desirable
