Do you want to be part of an innovative team culture that is working towards developing a thriving community?

If so, the Rural City of Murray Bridge is looking for a passionate Community Care Officer to join the Community Care Team to assist co-ordinating Councils Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and to deliver the Advance Care Directive Project across the Murraylands & Coorong regions.

You will achieve this through positive collaborative relationships with the local community, clients, key stakeholders and across the organisation. You will have great initiative and will work closely with the Community Care Team, while reporting to the Team Leader - Community Development. The position is offered with a salary range of $85,400 - $91,586 (FTE) in accordance with the SAMSOA and Council’s current Enterprise Agreement.

This role will remain open until 5pm Monday 20 November.
