**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the National Recruitment Manager, this position will partner with our leaders as part of the HR team and be responsible for the strategic Driver Recruitment delivery across a designated client group.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Lead the recruitment process for assigned roles from to start to finish
- Design and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy and campaigns
- Undertake market analysis and ensure competitor rates and benefits are updated
- Coaching leaders on talent acquisition practices
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recruitment solutions
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and industry bodies
- Review and develop recruitment resources including interview guides and job advertisements

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated Blue collar Recruitment experience (min 3 years)
- Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build trusted working relations that enables influence amongst business leaders
- Knowledge of National Employment Standards and experience with awards/agreements and different employment contractual arrangements
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a fast-paced team
