**About the role**
Reporting to the Financial Controller your key responsibilities will be:

- End to end payroll processing, including monthly lodgment of STP and superannuation.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of, and ensuring compliance with, payroll-related legislation and policies, including the Fair Work Act, relevant Awards, Superannuation and PAYGW.
- Responsed to pay and AP queries.
- Full end-to-end weekly AP processing.
- Receipting local and foreign currency transactions, and maintaining accurate banking data in our accounting software
- Processing supplier invoices and employee expense claims, and organising regular payment runs.

This is a permanent full-time role in Brisbane CBD, offering flexibility with our hybrid working model. The role will offer you the opportunity to join a small & fun team, within a steadily growing business.
**About You**
**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience managing the full payroll function - minimum 3 years.
- Demonstrated experience with accounts payable within a similar industry - minimum 3 years.
- Strong knowledge of excel.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience in interpretation of Awards.
- Demonstrated problem solving.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to be flexible and have great multitasking skills.
