Picker/packer

Décor Innovations is a dynamic e-commerce specializing in direct-to-consumer sales. We are committed to delivering exceptional value and convenience to our customers. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated Pick Packer to join our Auburn warehouse.

As a Pick Packer at you will be at the heart of our operations. Your main tasks will involve accurately picking and packing orders to ensure the efficient dispatch and delivery of goods. This role is pivotal in maintaining the satisfaction of our customers through timely and accurate processing of orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick and pack daily orders then dispatching
- Handle inventory with care and attention to detail
- Operate WMS systems and handle warehouse equipment e.g. Waverunners
- Conduct stock checks and report any discrepancies
- Pallet wrapping and pallet control
- Preparation of connotes and manifests
- General warehouse housekeeping and adhoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential
- Forklift licence with ability to use a highlift reach is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail for picking and packing items
- Able to lift heavy items (up to 25kg)
- Able to work alone and within a team environement as well as under pressure

Pay: $24.27 - $35.64 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
