We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join Tradewind as Early Learning Educators (All levels welcome, Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree). As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings, including early learning centres, preschools, kindergartens and schools. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities.
- Promote children's physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe and document children's progress.
- Ensure adherence to agency policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications desired.
