We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Centre Manager to join a vibrant centrally located early learning service in Hampton from January 2024.

Architecturally designed with generous sized play spaces, the centre is abundant in natural light and opportunities for play-based exploration for children under five.

Many opportunities throughout the day allow children to taking advantage of age-appropriate indoor and outdoor play spaces that promote unique personal development.

Requirements of the role include:

- A completed Diploma in Child Services (or above)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Proven ability to provide high-quality, innovative programs
- A calm and nurturing nature and a commitment to best practice
- Extensive, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00 - $44.00 per hour
