**The role**

We have an opportunity for a HR advisor to join our HR Team for a Fixed Term Contract till December 2024, providing generalist HR advice and support across Rheem Australia and assisting the HCM Project Team with the new HCM implementation.

You will be a part of a supportive and collaborative HR Team reporting to the HR Manager and working with the broader HR Team, HCM Project team and across departments.

**To be successful in this role you will have;**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or working towards obtaining relevant HR qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR Advisor role with a sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices.
- A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach with the ability to influence and negotiate effective outcomes with a broad range of people from a variety of backgrounds
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a collaborative environment.
- A sound working knowledge of Change Management Principles.
- Experience working with HRIS and HCM systems
- Proficient knowledge of employment legislation and Modern Awards
- Sound ability to interpret legislation and to provide advice
- Experience creating training manuals and system user guides
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
