**Your role**

Internally this role is known as a State Visual Merchandiser and will see you direct and implement Visual Merchandising programs across all stores in your region. Reporting into the National Visual Merchandising Manager, you will work closely with the in store VM’s and team members in delivering an award winning in store experience. Your key priority will be launching visual merchandising campaigns and initiatives as well as identifying commercial opportunities in store and developing your store teams to support delivery.

**Some of your responsibilities may include**:

- Drive VM initiatives at a state level by empowering your retail VM team
- Develop and conduct training workshops and modules
- Co-ordinate rebel & trade partner campaign set-ups ensuring brand consistency
- Identify improvements, advocate change and influence at a senior management level
- Responsible for setting in store standards & finding merchandising solutions
- Assist with floor mapping to support initiatives
- Ensure stores receive the correct POS collateral / tools to execute with excellence
- Be an experienced Visual Merchandiser with at least 3 years’ experience
- Have experience within an apparel setting in a large format or a department store environment would be highly advantageous
- Demonstrate experience in executing and rolling out projects and campaigns
- Have a strong understanding of how Visual Merchandising impacts consumer behaviour in store
- Be confident working with Trade Partners on campaign execution
- Have a clean full driver’s license, company vehicle is provided.
