**Who we are looking for**:We are seeking a motivated and “keen to make their mark” **Housekeeping Trainer** to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is based in **Sydney - New South Wales**, with opportunities for **Permanent Part-Time** positions.

**We are looking for a leader who will be key in**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive housekeeping training programs for staff, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular training sessions on cleaning techniques, equipment use, guest service, and safety protocols.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing feedback to improve productivity and quality of work to Housekeeping Manager/Site Supervisor and HR.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping and HR to identify training needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, cleaning technologies, and best practices to enhance training programs.
- Ensure that all staff adhere to the hotel's policies regarding cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Trainer a 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong understanding of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and guest service excellence.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire staff to perform at their best.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Flexibility to work across multiple hotel locations in Sydney.
- Certification in hospitality management or relevant qualifications is preferred.
