Job Description: Tea Legend (Store Manager)
Are you passionate about tea? Do you have a knack for managing people and creating an exceptional customer experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Tea Legend and join our team as a Store Manager
As the Store Manager, you will play a vital role in our Golden Grove location and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our tea store operations. From ensuring smooth day-to-day activities to providing excellent tea knowledge and customer service, you will be the driving force behind our team's success.
**Responsibilities**:
\- Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and answering their inquiries about tea products and brewing techniques.
\- Create a warm and inviting atmosphere within the store, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers.
\- Train, motivate, and inspire our tea enthusiasts (team members) to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets.
\- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving tea and related products, as well as regular stock checks to maintain availability.
\- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is tidy and well-presented at all times.
\- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives and promotions, driving foot traffic and customer engagement.
\- Handle cash management and ensure accuracy in daily cash reconciliations.
\- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and implementing strategies to achieve sales growth objectives.
\- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and recognition of team members' achievements.
\- You will report to the store business owners ensuring clear and effective communication with them at all times.
**Requirements**:
\- Ability to work a range of shifts throughout a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays where required.
\- Proven experience in a retail or hospitality management role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
\- Passion for tea, with the ability to educate and engage customers about different tea varieties and brewing techniques.
\- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members alike.
\- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of individuals.
\- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
