You are expected to be positive role models, active contributors and engaged team members that provide high-quality inclusive early childhood education and care to children of all abilities and their families.

- Implementing and always upholding the service Values, Philosophy, policies, procedures and practices.
- Skills & experience
Diploma or Cert III in Early Years Education
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Medical Clearance
- As per each state specific Health Department Mandate, a COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate or proof of required vaccination is required.
- Current approved First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), the National Quality framework (NQF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Effective communication skills - with families, staff and children

**As part of your role, you will be working with young children and those who are vulnerable.**

It is your obligation to always ensure their safety and report any concerns that you have, in line with our duty of care obligations.

You will be required to provide the necessary regularly
- Working with Children Check
- Police Clearances
- Reference Checks from a previous Manager.

Our client has a zero-tolerance stance when it comes to abuse of any kind and will take disciplinary action, including and up to termination of employment, should we determine that abuse has taken place or there has been a failure to report any suspected or alleged abuse.
