**The role**

Recently opened, Alba Thermal Springs and Spa is an award winning, world class wellness sanctuary located on the Mornington Peninsula.

Reporting to the Partnerships & Promotions Manager, the Corporate Groups and Events Specialist is responsible for coordinating, planning and booking Corporate group experiences at Alba. Utilising your previous experience in events management or reservations, you will respond to all corporate group booking enquiries, prepare proposals and itineraries, submit bookings in the reservations system and ensure a memorable guest experience is delivered.

This is a permanent part-time (0.4FTE) opportunity. We can provide flexibility with days and hours.

**About You**
- You have 3+ years experience in a similar Event Coordinator or Reservations role, working with premium brands
- You have highly developed written and oral communication skills, including exceptional copywriting skills
- You have proven experience in event management
- You have strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
- You have experience using booking and reservations systems.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- You have experience with Customer Relationship Management systems
- You have a professional and positive attitude
- You have excellent personal presentation
