Our client O'Neill Family Law have an exciting opportunity for an experienced outgoing and motivated Receptionist to join their close-knit team.

**What's on offer?**
- Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm

**Your contribution to the team**:

- Answering phones, transferring calls & taking messages as required
- General office administration tasks including data entry, filing & scanning
- Greeting clients
- Collecting and forwarding mail to relevant person
- Drafting correspondence

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent attention to detail with intermediate administration skills
- Second-to-none customer service skills with a passion for people
- Personal accountability and motivation to deliver on outcomes
- High level analytical skills with the ability to think on the spot and outside of the box
