**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the picking and packing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment
- Receive incoming stock, pack it away, conduct inventory checks, and report any shortages
- Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and organization of work areas
- Provide excellent customer service, exceeding expectations whenever possible
- Contribute to the effectiveness and unity of the diverse team
- Possess a valid driver's license and forklift license
- Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to perform under pressure
- Strive for precision and accuracy in all tasks
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance
- Coordinate and manage load schedules effectively
