**About the Role**:
In this role you will be the Technical Product owner for the Cards Modernization program to lead a team of Technology to design and implement the future state of Cards integration. The Cards Modernization Program is a multiyear initiative that looks to build a group wide capability leveraging cloud, rationalizing multiple Card platforms into a new modern system, enabling personalization, resilience and productivity.

**Your impact and contribution**:
As a Technology Product Owner within the Platform Migration Stream in Cards Modernization program, you will be responsible for to oversee all phases of data migration, from initial planning to execution and through to post-migration validation, ensuring the accuracy and security of data throughout. Lead team to validate and reconcile the accuracy and integrity of data migrated into the new platform, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies to ensure seamless data integration. Ensure compliance with data security and data privacy regulations. You will be leading a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, QA and Technical BA's to achieve this, while creating a safe, inclusive, accountable, and high-performance culture, and working collaboratively within and across variety of stakeholders.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Define migration strategy & plan for all card products (Debit/Credit/BNPL/Prepaid/Travel Money).
- Understand the migration strategy and break down the work into quarter and sprint plans.
- Lead the squad that is responsible for Data mapping, transformation and testing.
- Responsibility to oversee all phases of data migration, from initial planning to execution.
- Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across the organization as well as external vendors to ensure migration strategy is executed seamlessly.
- Engage various key stakeholders for addressing impediments, managing conflicts and escalations.
- Communicate project status, blockers, dependencies, issue and risks across a variety of stakeholders and governance forums.
- Lead all agile ceremonies for your squad, build a high performing team, support squad members to meet sprint goals and groom and priorities the squad backlog effectively.
- Lead the Squad Day-t-day to deliver change and lifecycle activities and define and priorities backlog within the Squad.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Cards product knowledge is a must.
- Sound knowledge on Data Migration process.
- Past experience in development of high performing teams.
- Strong prior Agile delivery experience, and a demonstrable ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to break down and summaries complex technical concepts into plain English.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams with agile ceremonies.
