Primary OSHCare established in 1984 an exceeding quality service providing before school after school and vacation care services to local Strathfield schools.

**About the role**

We are currently seeking an experienced Before & After School coordinator /Educational leader to lead and support the daily operations of our centre in Strathfield. Run this medium size centre rated exceeding. This is a wonderful opportunity to run a centre with plenty of back up from a committed committee and long term director. A non for profit centre that’s all about families and children.
- Develop, implement and lead the programs for the centre
- Must have knowledge of self assessment l
- Create a fun and caring environment for children, parents and the local community
- Oversee all daily centre operations with the directors support.

- A solid understanding of current child care practices, processes and procedure
- Good experience managing rosters, staffing ratios and centre admin
- Great time management and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge or willingness to learn
- A full working understanding of Child Protection and the 'Keep them Safe' principles
- Availability to work a split shift,
- Eligibility to act as a Nominated Supervisor
- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
- Degree or Diplomas in relevant fields of study
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Check?
- Have you completed a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care?
- Do you have experience planning and implementing education programs in a child care learning environment?
- Do you have professional child care experience?

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $56,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
