We are seeking receptionists for a busy practice with 2 offices in Sydney’s South and South-West.
**The Practice**
We are located at Hurstville and Gregory Hills, and we are looking to hire 2-3 part-time secretaries. We use fully electronic office management software and it is almost entirely a paperless environment.

**The Role**
The main objective of the role is to provide high quality front reception and office administration, including typing.
We are seeking secretaries willing to work for 1-5 days per week.
The duties and responsibilities are:
- Create a warm and welcoming environment to each and every client
- Efficient management of all client data, appointments, files, correspondence and accounts
- Scheduling and effective management of bookings using Xestro software (new, follow-up, recall and confirmation)
- Provide quotation to clients on consultations
- Management of invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Completion of end of day reconciliations (eftpos, credit card and cash)
- Dictaphone typing of correspondence and reports
- Some flexibility with days worked each week (e.g. cross-cover when other secretaries are away)
- Previous experience working with Xestro software would be highly regarded. However, a good working knowledge of computerised booking and accounting systems is essential
- Professional, warm, compassionate and caring manner towards clients
- Initiative and a pro-active attitude
- Excellent organisational and time management skills - able to multi-task and prioritise competing work demands
- A problem solver who can think outside the square
- Excellent people skills to relate well to clients, staff and other stakeholders
- An accurate and efficient typist, who has experience using the dictaphone
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
