- Order processing and reporting.
- Liaising directly with internal and external stakeholders.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Order processing and reporting experience in 3+ years using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience of liaising directly with major customers.
- Experience with EDI systems - Advanced Microsoft Excel and high-level proficiency in the wider Microsoft Office suite.
- FMCG, Toys or other similar industry experience.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
- Efficiently multitask and prioritise workload autonomously
