**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software projects.
- Perform thorough manual testing to identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide valuable insights during the testing phase.
- Report and track defects using designated tools, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Provide clear and concise feedback to project stakeholders regarding testing results and product quality.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Manual Tester or similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test case development, and defect tracking.
- Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Interest in career path as a Product Owner.
