The Company:
Nobul is looking for a motivated Cadastral Surveyor to work for a small yet mighty firm based on the Gold Coast. With their pipeline of work only getting busier, they are wanting to gain another in-house Surveyor who is going to add value and be a great fit for their tight knit team. Most of their work is based in South East QLD meaning work will be predominately local and you’ll be home just in time for the sunset by the beach.

If you are worried about being pigeonholed and getting bored, that will never be the case here.

Aside from general Cadastral work you will be working on projects such as the Logan waterway doing level and feature surveys, local schools, small strata title buildings, topographical surveys and also contracting to RSL doing buildings as well as the million dollar prize homes for their raffles.

The Role:
You will be working amongst a close team where responsibility is shared and reporting to a Senior Surveyor. Your daily duties will vary and include but are not limited to the following:

- Mix between office & fieldwork.
- Regularly liaising and communicating with others on-site as well as in the office.
- Perform calculations and sketches as well as processing & managing data.
- Assist with budgets & accounts.
- Adhering to all procedures, policies and protocols in place whilst being safety conscious.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate and work well in a team
- Motivated to learn, show up and take the day head on.
- Reliable and transparent.
- Cadastral endorsement preferred but not compulsory.
- Confident in using a variety of surveying equipment & software (particularly LISCAD & AutoCAD).
- High attention to detail.
