About the Role
We currently are looking for a Supply Planner to provide a critical role in the purchasing and distribution of Bega products.
You will be responsible for executing the purchase plan on a weekly/daily basis to achieve the customer service promise while minimising costs.
You will need to manage key stakeholders in planning, production, quality, and logistics to ensure our products are efficiently processed and transported as finished goods to our customers.
The work is extremely fast paced requiring resilience and attention to detail to deliver accurate requirements plans to production sites weekly.
Other responsibilities:
- Management of Finished Goods stock levels at National DC.- Daily reporting and root cause analysis of issues (DIF & Dated)- Participate in detailed event planning with planning and key stakeholders.- Responsible for communicating with production planners and procurement any changes to production and planning.
About you- Practical understanding of the Demand, Supply and S&OE disciplines within FMCG- A ‘Can Do’ attitude with a high level of resilience for fast paced environment.- Strong analytical skills, rational decision making, objectivity, creativity, negotiation skills- Proficiency using technology tools that enable planning and reporting - SAP, MS Excel, PowerBI- Very strong communication skills with an ability to develop relationships and engage with your key stakeholders.
