A position in Melbourne's Metro area has become available for an experienced sales professional to join their team.

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

- growing sales of surgical products within your hospital accounts
- analyse and interpret sales data to identify growth opportunities
- engage with surgeons, theatre staff and hospital procurement to ensure confidence in your products
- manage in theatre-demonstrations and support clinical cases
- provide outstanding customer service

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Bachelor Degree - science or business preferred
- a proven track record in medical device/consumables and/or B2B sales
- strong commercial acumen
- excellent relationship building skills
- strong technical aptitude
- passion for winning and an excellent team player
- capability to work autonomously
