Newcastle Private Hospital is currently seeking a Prosthesis Coordinator with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to join our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall activity associated with ordering and billing of theatre prosthetics and rebate items.

**Essential Criteria**:
- Previous experience in ordering and billing of theatre prosthetics and rebate items- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel- Exceptional communication skills- Excellent time management skills- Ability to work in a team environment- Ability to work as an individual- Medical terminology desirable- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Knowledge f prosthesis stock management
- Knowledge of hospitals medical products, equipment and their intended use.
- Knowledge of Health Funds and other insurers as they relate to prosthesis
