**About the Role**

As a CSSD Cleaner, you will support a multidisciplinary team with the aim to achieve excellent clinical care and outcomes for the patient, hospital and Ramsay Health Care.

Contributing to providing a safe environment for patients, staff and Visiting Medical Practitioners. Your responsibility will include maintaining high cleaning standards and to support efficient environmental management, helping to minimise risks for both patients and staff.

**As part of the team, you will also be required to perform**:

- Generalised cleaning and removal of waste within the Dept
- Cleaning of specialised areas and equipment
- Specific high cleaning of areas within CSSD
- Terminal cleaning of all areas of the CSSD department.

**About You**

**You will also bring**

**Essential**:

- **Previous cleaning experience in a hospital environment**:

- Effective communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Demonstrated time management skills
- **_Available to work seven-night shifts per fortnight (42hrs)_**:

- High level of customer service and excellent time management skills.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience working in a Perioperative environment
- Knowledge of Cleaning Chemicals and recommendations needed to meet Peri-Op Standard.

**Remuneration**:On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $28.54 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
