Enrolments Coordinator

Reporting to our Family Care Manager, we're looking for an Enrolments Officer who purely enjoys the admin work of onboarding our families

Day to day you will find it meaningful to complete a list of tasks and take satisfaction in the completion of them.

You will be joining a team that truly cares about each other and the work they do to support our Centres and the children that attend every day.

**A usual day might include**:

- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant onboarding documentation for families
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Setting up Direct Debits details
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data
- Providing general support across the team in answering queries and calls
- Assisting with ad-hoc Operations projects and initiatives
- Adhoc administration as it arises.

**You will**:

- Have exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Be highly organised with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities and managing time effectively
- Have a high degree of data accuracy and speed, with the attention to go with
- Hold a compliance focus
- Be self-motivated
- Be goal and outcomes focused.

**In addition, you might have, but not essential**:

- Experience with Salesforce and Qikkids (our inhouse system)
- A State relevant Working with Children Check, Blue Card or Safety Screening
- A valid Police check (within the past 6 months).
