**The Role**:
My client is an Australian leading food and manufacturing business with strong brands, they are a major supplier to supermarkets, food services and bakeries.

Due to growth, a
**n exciting opportunity has become available for a 12 month contract opportunity for a passionate Sourcing Specialist** to join the team. Reporting into the Supply Chain and direct sourcing manager your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing key NPD projects
- Effectively engage with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Identify and onboard new suppliers
- Drive key conversation with clients, explaining strategies and business goals
- Assist with delivering strong innovation pipeline

**Your Background**:

- Minimum 3-5 Years experience in sourcing
- Prior experience in the food/FMCG industry
- Lead and launched NPD projects
- Understand the principles of S&OP and stage gate processes
- Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
