Full time **or** part time job share will be considered for the 3 month fixed term period
- Based at the Austin Campus, Heidelberg and Heidelberg Repatriation Campus
- $29.57 base + salary packaging + super (pro-rata for part time)

Austin Health is the major provider of tertiary health services, health professional education and research across three campuses in the North East of Melbourne and state-wide. This position would be working within the Corporate Records space and the successful applicant would be involved on corporate record projects and other related tasks.

Some of the following tasks include
- Maintenance of record control systems and inventory spreadsheet,
- Identification of Corporate records from building 57 at the Repat Campus that meet destruction via various Retention and Disposal Authorities.
- Participate in the Fairfield Infectious disease record Retention/Disposal Project
- Facilitate retrieval of paper documents from the storage areas as required.
- Grace Invoice / Grace Ordering
- General administrative tasks

The successful applicant will be proactive and self motivated. You will be capable of working independently and as part of a team. You will have well-developed interpersonal and motivational capabilities. A proven ability to problem solve, organise and prioritise work is essential.
