**About The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the role of **People Integration Manager **on a 12-month contract basis. This pivotal role will lead the charge in aligning cultures, optimising processes, and empowering our workforce for a unified and prosperous future. In this newly created role, you will:

- Develop and implement comprehensive project management strategies for seamless integration.
- Champion a positive and inclusive organisational culture aligned with company values.
- Lead change management initiatives to support employees through transition periods.
- Evaluate and optimise operational processes to enhance productivity.
- Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to facilitate collaboration and influence outcomes.
