**About the role**:
This is a great opportunity for a junior project controller looking to take their career to that next level or a senior project controller looking to diversify their resume This exciting role sits within the Fleet Decarbonisation team reporting into the Program Manager of Decarbonisation and is a key member of a highly engaged and proactive team.

As the Project Controls Specialist you will manage the development of project cost plans and schedules and coordinate the process required through the stage gates into execution. Another main aspect of this role will be to manage the ongoing project cost control activities (forecasting, monitoring, and controlling of costs) through all project stages as well as provide expert advice on project and program controls.

In respects to the technicalities, you’ll need:

- Qualification in Project Management, Finance, Engineering, and / or Construction Management, would be preferred
- Experience utilising Primavera P6 or a project planning software.
- Experience using SAP.
- Experience and knowledge of railway and infrastructure projects, preferred.
- High level of skill and extensive experience in technical aspects of project cost management and problem solving.
