**About Our Client**:
This senior-level position requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The EA serves as a primary point of contact, liaison, and coordinator for the executive, facilitating smooth communication and work flow within the executive office and across departments. They are also expected to be proactive and forward-looking, anticipating the needs of the executive, looking ahead in the calendar, and having items prepared even before the executive realizes they need them. Additionally, the EA may act as a go-between or run interference between the Executive and their team, when necessary, always handling such situations with sensitivity and discretion. Moreover, the EA is responsible for supporting across various Committees linked to Executive and Board operations and governance.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Calender management
- Travel coordination
- Proactive liaison between Executive and team ensuring alignment on priorities
- Assist in the coordination of special projects, initiatives and strategic objectives assignment by the executive
- Provide administrative support across various Committees linked to Executive and Board operations and governance by drafting, tracking and submitting papers and reports as required
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols
- Coordinate logistics for internal Committee meetings, including scheduling, room reservations, and catering arrangements
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Previous experience supporting C-suite executives required.
- Proven ability to anticipate executive needs, exercise sound judgement, and prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to be calm and composed under pressure.
- Ability to translate strategic thinking into tasks and actions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint preferred.
- Ability to transform a concept into a professionally formatted paper or presentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
