**About Us**

Terra Mining are a dynamic leader in Western Australia’s mining sector, which rapidly expanding its portfolio of projects across the region.

As we embark on new ventures and continue to grow, we have achieved the role as the primary mine operator at Extension Hill, situated 270km southeast of Geraldton.

The remarkable achievements at this site so far have sparked an increase in our operational demands which will now include the crushing operations out there. With this new addition to the project, we will be seeking experienced **Crusher Operators** to join the Terra Mining team.

**About the Position**

Reporting to the Crushing Superintendent, this role will ensure the safe and efficient operation of the crusher and producing to a high standard.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include but not be limited to
- The efficient operation of the crushing plant
- Ensuring crushing plant is operational and identify any mechanical faults associated with this equipment
- Regular liaison with Crushing Superintendents to confirm crushing production targets
- Assisting crushing crew members when needed

**What we are seeking**

A mining/crushing professional who is motivated and values safety first in everything they do, including looking out for their teammates.
- Previous experience operating crushing screening processing plants.
- A positive attitude to teamwork and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Strong knowledge of mine site safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills working as part of a team.
- A valid Australian drivers licence.

You must have full Australian working rights, be able to complete and pass a medical assessment (including drug & alcohol screen) and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (within last 12 months).
