We are currently seeking an enthusiastic team-player who will be responsible for the efficient and timely administration and accounts support function within our Retail business.
The business is based on the North side of Brisbane and is offered initially on a casual basis of 13 - 18 hours per week with some flexibility on days worked.
We do not need to know your Medical Status
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Administrative support to the Business owner (Retail Sector)
Banking, Sales Invoicing
Xero accounting
Advertising/Marketing and Social Media support
Christmas on line orders
Liaison with the owner and It person
other adhoc administration duties as requested
**ROLE REQUIRMENTS**
Must have a high level of computer literacy
Practical experience using _Xero_ Accounting would be preferred
Above average administrative skills to support the business as a whole;Outlook and MS Office
