**Your new role**

The Lifestyles Program Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of a variety of community engagement, skill building and School Leaver Employment Service (SLES) programs to clients with disabilities. The role will include the coordination and case management of clients and the recruitment and supervision of staff.

The successful applicant will have relevant experience in the coordination of disability support programs and enthusiasm to develop and nurture positive career pathways and community networks to facilitate group and individual client outcomes. The role will require a strong focus on service delivery excellence and the financial stability of programs.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working with people with a disability in community services settings
- A strong understanding of the Disability Employment Sector
- Experience in the development of Employment and Community Networks
- Experience with supervising staff teams
- Experience in the provision of case management/case coordination of services
- Experience in the development and delivery of relevant training programs/service options
- High level knowledge of family and person-centred practice
- Strong knowledge of Not-for profit sector, NDIS and its environment
- High level of written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, negotiation and conflict management skills
- Exceptional time management, prioritisation, planning and organisation skills
- Ability to work well autonomously with the ability to determine when it is appropriate to seek managerial guidance
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members, staff and external stakeholders

**This position is offered on a full time, ongoing basis. Immediate Start available.**

This position is based in the Tonsley Innovation District. There will be an expectation of offsite travel required.
