As a result, they are now seeking a Learning Facilitator to join them on this journey.

So, what's involved?

As Learning Facilitator, you will report to the Learning Delivery Lead. You will have responsibility for contributing to the overall success of the organisation by facilitating learning of a game-changing operational system.

This is a role for passionate professionals who champion continuous learning in a way that resonates with all learning modalities.

**The big ticket items**:
Drive a leader led and interactive learning approach;
Link the businesses' L&D initiatives into the broader people strategy through leadership collaboration;
Coach, mentor and nurture staff in their technical skills and professional development; and

Implement your passion for hands-on facilitation in a face-to-face environment.

Your background

You will demonstrate a depth of technical skill within learning and development (content development, eLearning design, LMS management), ideally paired with exposure to a highly regulated and compliance driven industry.

The role will require travel across Queensland, you must have a driver's licence and the ability to travel for up to 3 weeks at a time.

You will ideally hold a Certificate IV Training & Assessment and hold a Tertiary qualification in Learning & Development, Adult Education, Human Resources, Organisational Development or Health/Aged Care.

It will be essential that you demonstrate the values of the organisation and are passionate about the service offering of the business.
