Only About Children Williamstown is a light-filled and welcoming centre situated at 19-23 Power Street with 80 places and 4 rooms. It is conveniently located close to train station and local bus stops.
- Our campus has two dedicated outdoor yards where children have plenty of space for creating, exploring and directing their own play.
- Our four age-based indoor spaces are specifically designed to encourage children to learn and grow with a focus on safety and natural elements.

We enjoy getting out into our local community through planned excursions and community activities that build on our educational curriculum and the children’s interests.

**About the Role**

The Educational Leader has an influential and important role in inspiring, motivating and also challenging or extending the practice of educators. The role is a collaborative one, involving inquiry and reflection, which can significantly impact on the important work educators do with the children and their families.

This role will see you working in a blended role on the floor and off the floor, dedicating time to supporting the teams in enhancing educational practices, guiding and mentoring educators, and working in partnership with the leadership team.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:

- Diploma / Early Childhood Teacher or equivalent approved teaching qualifications and registration
- Minimum 2 years (or equivalent) demonstrated leadership experience
- Team-based, hands-on, collaborative approach to your practices
- Ability to communicate and connect with families
