We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Cafe Supervisor to join our dedicated team in the bustling Cafe. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a permanent, full-time role in our thriving Food and Beverage Front of House team. **Description**:
As a Cafe Supervisor at Gosford RSL Club, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our brand new cafe

This is a Permanent - Full Time position that offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership and customer service skills. We are looking for someone that can work a roster Sunday and Monday - day shifts from 7.30am and Tuesday to Thursday afternoon/night shifts starting around 2pm until 9.30/10pm.

Your Key Responsibilities;
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate cafe staff, including training and fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
- Lead by example by actively engaging in serving customers during peak periods and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keep those communication lines open with cafe staff to communicate expectations, updates on menu items or promotions, and any operational changes.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager and other Cafe Supervisors to implement strategies to maximise sales opportunities while controlling costs without compromising on quality or service standards.

**Skills and Experiences**:
You will have a valid RSA/RCG competency card along with a bright personality, a passion for good coffee and the drive to take ownership of the cafe along with our current Supervisor team.
