Machine Operator

Our Client, a WA owned supplier to the construction and building industry, are currently seeking production workers to join their team for an ongoing to permanent basis. We have x2 current vacancies at their Middle Swan site for an immediate start.

**The Role**:
This position will see you reporting directly to the Production Supervisor working against the fixed machinery in the manufacturing facility. You will be required to complete the following duties:

- Monitoring and operating factory machinery / equipment
- Isolating machinery in the case of process or mechanical issues
- Following quality control procedures
- Forklift operation

**Requirements**:

- Previous machine operating experience / factory environment
- Must have a current driver's licence and own vehicle to get to work
- Ability to work on a continuous shift roster (days and nights)
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
- Must have a current LF forklift ticket
- Be a permanent resident of Australia with full work rights

**Roster & Remuneration**:
You will be required to work 12-hour shifts consisting of 4 nights on, 4 days off, (Days 5am-5pm - Tues - Fri, nights 5pm-5am - Mon - Thurs).

**Hourly rate of $40.23 p/hr for the first 9.5 hours then Time and a half for 2 hours ($60.35)**
