About the role:
We are looking for a bookkeeper who is willing to work with us in our office located in Berwick. Initial training will be for four - six weeks (100 hours) while learning to use our systems and learning about our clients. By doing this, we get to know you as a person, and you get to know us, this is extremely important to us.

We are a fully systemised ‘well-oiled’ machine which is something you will embrace with enthusiasm; these systems have been designed to make yours and our life easier and deliver a superior service to our valued clients.

Skills and experience:
**We are looking for bookkeepers who are**:

- **BAS agents or working towards achieving their BAS registration**:

- **Minimum of five years’ experience in Bookkeeping**:

- **Cert IV in Finance and Bookkeeping (or willing to obtain)**:

- **Either Xero, MYOB and or QB Certified**

*Note: Part of our recruitment process is to complete a ‘Skills test’ but don’t stress, if you’re a skilled bookkeeper you should breeze through it.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Berwick, VIC 3806: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Xero: 2 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)
- QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
- Myob: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- BAS Agent Registration (preferred)
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or higher (required)
