The Photo Studio Australia is an industry leader in innovative magazine-style fashion portraits & modelling portfolios, with over 100 staff members across our 3 warehouse studios in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We are a studio that is fast-paced, energetic and passionate about what we do. Our mission is to push boundaries and inspire diversity in the modelling industry while showing that everybody can look amazing on camera.

This role is primarily based in Melbourne but extends to Brisbane and Sydney as well.

**Experience Required**: min 3 years in a relevant role

**The Key Responsibilities for this role include**:

- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues over the phone and in person
- Accurate problem resolution with thorough and clear documentation.
- Resolving hardware issues with desktops, printers, servers and networking equipment
- Providing friendly advice and solutions to all users onsite
- Assist in designing and deploying solutions that improve our existing processes, automating tasks and suggesting new processes.
- Ensure documentation for different IT and Business procedures are up to date.

**What we are looking for**:

- Good understanding of a Windows based environment with Windows Server technologies
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems, Networking and NAS based technologies.
- Familiar with at least one scripting language (preferably PowerShell or Python).
- Some knowledge about Cloud-Based Services (AWS/Dropbox Business/Google Suite/Microsoft 365).
- Knowledge of Hubspot CRM, REST APIs, Web frameworks programming and No-Code tools are a bonus.
- Good communicator to the serviced teams
- Business solution-driven experiences

**Salary**: $81,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
