About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Analyst Programmer to join our team and play a key role in developing and implementing a Business Process Management System (BPMS) tailored to our geotechnical engineering operations. This role requires a unique blend of programming expertise, networking knowledge, and an understanding of geotechnical engineering processes to ensure seamless connectivity and security across our expanding branches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze the specific needs of geotechnical engineering operations to design and implement a customized BPMS.
- Automate workflows to reduce human errors and create a paperless environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to optimize software capabilities for
- geotechnical operations, such as: Environmental Analytical, Material Laboratory and
- Construction Design.
- Recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior.
- Implement and manage secure networking solutions to ensure seamless system integration across multiple branches.
- Implement Multi-Factor Authentication for the BPMS to enhance system security.
- Enhance existing systems to improve data analysis, reporting, and project tracking for geotechnical projects.
- Integrate geotechnical data management tools into the BPMS.
- Document system processes, provide technical support, and conduct user training.
- Ensure all developments adhere to industry best practices, security, and quality standards.
- Creating and maintaining software code that satisfies system criteria, system architecture, and technical specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Analyst Programmer.
- Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering workflows and data requirements.
- Solid networking knowledge and experience, including configuring and maintaining secure connections between branches.
- Familiarity with network protocols, VPNs, and secure data transfer methods.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Proficiency in networking systems
- Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle) and data integration.
- Knowledge of BPMS platforms and process automation tools.
- Familiarity with GIS software and geotechnical analysis tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent English skills.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
