**Ideal Skills**:

- Facebook ads campaign manager.
- Google paid ads experience.
- Design & aesthetic strength for social media.
- Video editing experience for social posts.
- Scheduling, organisation and management experience.
- Communication and partnerships experience.
- Basic understanding of link tracking
- Previous exposure to finance or real estate (preffered)

**The role and responsibilities**:

- Development of content marketing strategy creation and implementation.
- Optimise digital channels and pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms.
- Utilise company marketing material and publications to create and manage content across digital platforms.
- Engage with external agencies, team members and other internal stakeholders to meet digital objectives, deadlines, budgets and deliverables.
- Manage the business's paid and organic social channels
- Monthly reporting, including organic ranking improvements, Ads performance and Google Analytics traffic and conversions.- Motivated to execute innovative strategies.
- Proficient in social account content creation and design tools like Canva.
- Experience using Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
- previous experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and task management software
- Experience in CRM management (training will be provided for our systems)
- Comprehensive understanding of Google suite (Google Analytics, GTM, Optimise, Search Console, etc.)
