As an Inclusion Support Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with 3 Children that have various Development Dispositions. You will work closely with the Centre Director and Allied Health Professionals to engage with the children and provide play-based pathways to extend on their learnings. You will have an Inclusion Lens and a passion for working closely with children of high needs.

You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Carlton is a beautiful heritage-listed building located close to residential and industrial areas, convenient to shops, schools and transport routes.

We cater to 59 children each day and we have been operating as a child care centre for more than 20 years. With a range of ages and experience - and educators who have been at the centre more than 20 years - we are focused on providing the highest quality care for children.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
