Experienced Cabinetmaker/assembler

About Kitchens is looking for an experienced Cabinetmaker / Assembler to join our team. About Kitchens is a family owned company that has been established for 18 years and is located in Fyshwick, ACT. We supply kitchens and joinery in and around the Canberra region as well as the south coast. We work with quality custom home builders and the renovation sector. Full time permanent position.

Assembly of kitchen cabinets and joinery
Manual handling
Must be able to read and interpret working drawings and basic computer skills.
Must be able to complete work efficiently with a high standard of finish.
Must be able to problem solve technical install issues.
Must be experienced, well presented, organized and be able to deal politely and professionally with customers and builders.
Must hold an Asbestos Card, White Card and Drivers License.
Must have basic hand tools. Applications will be accepted for four weeks once Ad posted.

Pay: From $73,150.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Fyshwick, ACT 2609: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 1 year (required)
- Cabinet making: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
