**About the Company**

Davidson Technology have partnered with a well-known company who have 2 upcoming roles looking for a ServiceNow Admin/ Developer. The successful ServiceNow Developer will have experience in scripting and software programming language and knowledge of IT Service Management. You will be responsible for building and customizing the ServiceNow platform and deploying new releases into the ServiceNow platform.

**About the Role**
- Supporting the existing ServiceNow implementation as well as undertaking minor enhancements and project work
- Define business problems/opportunities with constraints, goals, budgets and timelines
- Introducing key vendor metrics to drive improved performance and costs as aligned with business’ expectations
- Minimising duplication of resources including people and systems to deliver value-for-money services
- Deliver technical best practice to increase the effectiveness of the ServiceNow experience
- Building our culture of performance-based management and continuous improvement with the vendors

**About You**
- Must have strong knowledge on ServiceNow fundamentals, configuration & scripting.
- Work collaboratively with the team & project manager to deliver assigned work on time
- Develop requirements in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, HR/Facilities and more utilising JavaScript
- Experience in JavaScript
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL certified
- Natural people person who enjoys engaging, problem-solving, respectfully challenging the status quo to reach positive business outcomes
- ServiceNow certifications - ServiceNow System Administrator is a must
