**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Hospitality Services Officer is responsible for providing safe, efficient and hygienic hospitality services, maintaining outstanding presentation and high-quality customer service to support the effective and efficient delivery of educational programs and contribute to daily operational needs of the relevant TAFE NSW learning sites. Bringing your experience in Hospitality and/or Housekeeping, you will:

- Assisting the Chef with basic food preparation, which includes washing, peeling, and cutting meal ingredients as per the Chef's instructions.
- Prepare and/or cook a limited range of basic food items, and related cleaning duties.
- General waiting duties in a restaurant setting including preparing tables, taking orders and serving food
- Maintaining correct storage of equipment/utensils and some housekeeping and cleaning duties as required

**ABOUT YOU**
You are an industry professional with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and highly results driven. To be successful in this role, you must have:
1. Certificate II in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
2. Hospitality experience in a commercial environment (kitchen, café or housekeeping experience highly regarded)
3. Possess a current Responsible Services of Alcohol Certification (highly regarded)
4. Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
