**Landscape Gardener**
As a Landscape Gardener you will be responsible for planning and constructing garden landscapes for our clientele. Your duties will include:
- Create detailed landscape plans, including plant selection, layout, hardscape and softscape elements, and irrigation systems.
- Collaborate and communicate with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Use design software and hand-drawing techniques to illustrate concepts for clients.
- Oversee the implementation and construction of landscape designs, coordinating with construction teams and ensuring the proper installation of plants, trees, and other elements.
- Prepare areas for landscaping by conducting site assessments, clearing debris, grading, testing, and amending the soil, addressing drainage issues, and installing irrigation systems.
- Install hardscape structures such as paths, patios, walls, fences, and other hardscaping features according to the design.
- Select appropriate plants based on soil conditions, climate, and aesthetic preferences.
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, seeds, bulbs, and other greenery or softscape structures.
- Identify, address, and treat any plant diseases and implement pest control.
- Shaping trees and hedges and installing support and protection structures for plants.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans on plants and grass areas including weeding, mowing, watering, fertilising, and pruning.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in landscaping and horticulture.
- Provide expert advice on plant care, pest control, and soil management.
Skills & Expertise
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the position.
- Relevant qualification preferred.

- Comprehensive knowledge of plants and landscaping
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
- Gardening: 2 years (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
